Spindle bearing of KC BEARINGS and ball and Tapper Roller Bearing are of ABC., SKF, etc. are used. Bearing of correct design of sufficient size is very essential for the life of pump.
They are made from quality steel, case carbused heat treated and properly ground.
They are made of closed grain C.I. Casting or Brass. To match the coolant flow to engine requirements, the design of impeller is given more importance, as otherwise the incorrect flow can be detrimental to the environment and the life of the engine is at risk.
Other cast iron components like housing and pulley are of pore free casting machined to OE standard. Other hardware items,gaskets, oil seals, packing materials, etc., are of genuine quality. Best selection of spares and fine quality of machined surface finish of all pumps avoid premature failure of components and leakage.
